driving from cape cod up to maine

Any suggestions on what to see and places to stay while driving from cape cod to Maine Would like to head over to new hampshire and vermont and then back to Boston and have three days left of our vacation to do this. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

You want to go from the Cape to Maine via Vermont and back to Boston in three days? That%26#39;s a lot of driving and not so much resting or sightseeing. Am I understanding you right?

If I were you, I%26#39;d re-think that. If you%26#39;re going ot be on the Cape, you might want to try visiting Vermont or NH, which is very different. Maine is gorgeous but I%26#39;m assuming you mean visiting the Maine Coast which is lovely but you%26#39;ll be on the shore on Cape Cod, so... maybe you might want to visit the White Mountains or VT for some variety.

Try mapquesting the driving times and see what I mean. You also need to factor in Boston traffic---don%26#39;t leave the Cape so you%26#39;ll hit Boston 8-10am or you%26#39;ll sit in traffic, etc.
