Boston Yacht or Liberty Clipper

I%26#39;m coming to Boston for the fourth with my son (14) and I%26#39;d like to view the USS Constitution as she fires her 21 cannon salute. I%26#39;ve reviewed both Boston Yacht Charters and Liberty Clipper but I%26#39;m not sure which one might be better. Any suggestions? Has anyone had good or bad experiences on either? Does the Clipper draw more younger children? Anything info would help us make up our mind :鈥?

thanks!

You can also watch from shore at either Long Wharf or Rowes Wharf.

hmmm...not a bad suggestion. Leaves the money for other adventures!

I just looked both of them up online and they%26#39;re expensive compared to the Mass Bay Lines in Boston Harbor. The Liberty Clipper caught my eye though because it offered more than the other company, like a buffet and all that.

If your son really wants to be out on a boat in Boston Harbor for this event? Check out the Mass Bay Line. It%26#39;s SO reasonable compared to these other two companies.

Here%26#39;s the site for it:

They have 2 square rigged vessels that are likened to pirate vessels, can fire cannons in mock battles and are very kids friendly. They board near the New England Aquarium. Ask Commodore Keating if your kids can take a turn at the wheel...
