20/30 yr. old couple visiting. How can we maximize trip?

My boyfriend and I are going to Boston june 18-21. Neither of us have been before. We are staying in Back Bay at Jurys Hotel. We are not going to rent a car. One night we would like a nice dinner. The rest of the time basic meals. What are good restaurants? I would like to do a little shopping--suggestions please? Nothing too expensive. What are the hot spots at night- clubs? What are the attractions we shouldn%26#39;t miss? Any good beachs to lay in the sun and people watch? Boston experts help us plan an awesome trip!

Everything you are asking for is spelled out in the buttons above. That%26#39;s why they are there! So unless you have specific questions, you should check there first.

Nice dinner? Across the street from Jury%26#39;s is Boston%26#39;s best steakhouse (in my opinion) Grill 23. Please read my review.

If you don%26#39;t like steak, hop in a cab to Boston%26#39;s Italian-Amercian section, the North End. La Summa, Assagio, and Giacomo%26#39;s are TA post-ers favorites.

Hot spots? Saint on Exeter Street, and The Vox on Boylston.

Attractions? Take a tour of Fenway Park, hop on a Duck or Trolley Tour, walk the Freedom Trail, or just hop on the T (our subway) and head to Harvard Square and walk around. If you like people-watching, there%26#39;s no better place.

Beaches? Like I said in other posts, when God thought of the word ';beach'; he started in Massachusetts%26#39; North Shore. You can get to Rockport via public transportation, but it is an hour or so journey each way. visit mbta.com. You could always pack a lunch and walk over to the Charles River and hang out for an afternoon.

Actually Jury%26#39;s bar is kind of hot spot... so you might want to hit up that spot. Very close by is also Whiskey Park, a pricier bar but definitely a good spot to go... its in the Park Plaza hotel.

Parrish Cafe is one of my favorite resturants... and its very inexpensive. Its about 2-3 blocks from your hotel. Its various sandwiches made by local celebrity chefs.

Filene%26#39;s Basement is about 3 blocks from your hotel as well and its a fun shopping experience. You can find loads of good bargains.

Personally, I think the boston harbor islands are a fun thing to do in Boston on a nice day.
