Honeymoon, need luxurious Bed & Breakfast Recommendation

I just got married and my husband and I are planning a bed %26amp; breakfast for our honeymoon. We%26#39;re not sure if we should look in cape cod or martha%26#39;s vineyard. We%26#39;re looking for a luxurious B%26amp;B with privacy, gourmet breakfast and jacuzzi. We%26#39;re willing to spend the money since it%26#39;s our honeymoon. Can you suggest a very nice B%26amp;B with triple A service? We%26#39;re planning on spending about 3 nights. We just want somewhere nice where we can take a walk to the water, go on boat rides, do some biking and perhaps horse-back riding. Any good recommendations?

Well I would normally recommend the Fort Hill Bed and Breakfast in the National Seashore in Eastham, but if you are looking for something this summer you had better be quick as they are small and fill up fast. I know they have a private honeymoon cottage with ocean views and a private suite downstairs in the main house that has a deep soaking tub but they don%26#39;t have a Jacuzzi. www.forthillbedandbreakfast.com

Or you might consider CBI in Chatham if price is not a concern. I think they will rent a room for 3 nights...but they may have longer minimum stay requirements during the high season. www.chathambarsinn.com

Ask for a room with a view of Pleasant Bay

I am a huge fan of the Chatham Bars Inn for its location to town and water views. However, the pics of the rooms still look rather tired even if it has undergone a redo. The Wequasett Inn is on Pleasant Bay but, a car drive to town. Rooms to me look alot nicer. Crowne Point Inn in P-town has the jacuzzi you want and great places to walk.. but, that town for me is a little too bustling. I have been to Nantucket and enjoyed room 9 at the Union Street Inn. Going to Martha%26#39;s this summer but have not researched any accomodations.

Brewster By the Sea has great reviews

I strongly suggest The Inn at Sandwich Center. They have nice rooms, fantastic breakfasts each morning, a hot tub, and the friendliest owners you could imagine. My husband and I just returned from there after a week%26#39;s stay and hated to leave. They even have a couple of bikes you and your husband can use around town. The innkeepers can also arrange spa services for you and your husband, like a couple%26#39;s massage. A couple was there celebrating their 15th anniversary while we were there and they loved the Mermaid Package experience.

Jan and Charlie, the innkeepers, will be very helpful in accommodating any special requests you may have. It is definitely worth taking a look at the Inn at Sandwich Center. Take a look at the reviews and you will see that I am not the only one who feels this way.

Sandwich also has some phenomenal places to eat (The Belfry, The Painted Lady, Aqua-Grille, etc.). As far as a walk out the water, Sandwich has a boardwalk that goes across a tidal marsh and over the dunes to Cape Cod Bay. Most planks on the boardwalk have the names of the people that contributed to rebuilding the boardwalk after it was destroyed by storms a few years ago.

You should definitely make your reservations as early as possible. Be forewarned that the Cape in July and August are incredibly packed. According the innkeepers, the best time on the Cape is mid-September to mid-October. It takes on an entirely different look and feel versus the summertime months on the Cape. If you want to wait a few more months before taking the honeymoon, that might be a time to look into. If you don%26#39;t mind the crowds, you should be fine during the next few months.
