Visiting ,Cape Cod info. ???

Okay, I just bumped up the Best Beaches topic. Pretty much all of the towns (except Hyannis???) are quaint or have quaint sections and here%26#39;s the entertainment website: www.capeweek.com.

Sorry, but your question is just too general to give you much else. That%26#39;s because the Cape is rich in must sees and dos too. If you are reading through this forum then you know that we all highly recommend THE Cape Cod guide book. If you%26#39;ve got $20. and time to order the latest edition I%26#39;m sure you%26#39;ll be happy with all the info.

Roundtop,

My husband and I just finished a week in Cape Cod. We especially enjoyed taking a whale watching tour out of Provincetown and visiting Martha%26#39;s Vineyard (Oak Bluffs being our favorite). Boston is also very close if you%26#39;ve never been.

We stayed in the town of Sandwich, which was very quaint. We loved it! In the next couple of days, I will be submitting a review for the place where we stayed, The Inn at Sandwich Center. I would definitely recommend staying here.

If you are looking to stay in more commercial areas, stay on the south side of the Cape (Hyannis, Chatham, Orleans, etc.). If you like quaint villages, stay in one of the Cape Cod Sound side towns (Sandwich, Barnstable, Yarmouthport, Dennis). If you%26#39;re looking for a typicalbeach area, you%26#39;re not really going to find it on the Cape. This is not like the beaches in the South (not sure where you%26#39;re from or what you%26#39;re expecting).

Please let me know if you have more specific questions. I will be happy to tell you more about what we did. Someone suggested a book about Cape Cod by Kim Grant to me. This is an invaluable resource for planning your trip. She just released a new edition in May. I bought mine on Barnes and Noble.com.

Enjoy your trip!
